Mineral Archive Policies

The Mineral Archive is a curated collection of natural mineral specimens, each selected for its individual form and character. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of these items, certain policies differ from standard WPB Emporium merchandise.

Please review the information below carefully before making a purchase.

Nature of Mineral Specimens

All items offered through The Mineral Archive are natural mineral or crystal specimens. Variations in colour, structure, texture, and inclusions are inherent and should be expected.

Minor surface irregularities, internal fractures, or natural markings are not considered defects but part of the specimen’s natural formation.

Pricing & Promotions

Mineral Archive items are not subject to standard store-wide discounts, including VIP promotions, unless explicitly stated.

Occasionally, select specimens may be offered at adjusted pricing for a limited time. These adjustments reflect curatorial decisions rather than blanket promotional discounts.

Live Sale Purchases

Some Mineral Archive specimens may be offered during WPB Emporium live sales or special showcase events.

When items are claimed during a live event:

• Purchases must be completed within 24 hours unless a prior agreement has been made

• Unpurchased items may be released back into inventory after this period

• Claims are considered expressions of intent to purchase, not completed transactions

When applicable, checkout for claimed items may appear on the Live Sales page of the website. In some cases, a direct payment link may be provided at the time of the event.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the unique and collectible nature of mineral specimens:

  • All Mineral Archive sales are final, unless an item arrives damaged in transit

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons of preference, size, or appearance

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Shipping & Handling

Mineral Archive items are packaged with care to protect delicate and one-of-a-kind specimens.

  • Shipping methods and carriers may vary based on the item

  • Delivery timelines may differ from standard merchandise

  • Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value items

Shipping details are provided at checkout or during live sale confirmation.

Combined Orders

Mineral Archive items may ship separately from other WPB Emporium merchandise. Combined shipping with apparel or other products is not guaranteed.

Responsibility & Care

Once delivered, the care and handling of mineral specimens becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. Some minerals may be sensitive to moisture, sunlight, or impact.

Care instructions, when relevant, may be provided during a live showcase or in the product description.
